Theme is a Pajama Party. 
Whether you decide to dress conservative or more sexy you'll have a great time.  Dressing in theme is not required but more fun.

  • DJ West will be spinning songs in the clothing optional ballroom.

The event includes entry to the ballroom, evening snack bar, 3 hours open bar and more The hotel room rate is $135.00 and includes afternoon events, dinner and a discount on the event.

Register by Feb 11th and be eligible. We will pay the hotel fee for another lucky couple or lady.

With Hotel Room (events start at 11:30 and run thru 2am)

You must let us know if you cannot arrive by 8pm and may not arrive after 10pm.   Open bar will be 7:00 until 10:00.

Hotel Room:
A few days after your register and pay for the event you will receive an email with your room assignment and instructions on how to contact the hotel to complete the registration with them.  You will need to contact the hotel to complete the registration with them.  We ask that you do so right away to ensure your room assignment.  Remember, you are not charged for the room until the day of the event so no reason to delay.

There is no pay at the door for this event. We use PayPal (owned by google) which accepts almost any credit or debit card. If you need another option, contact us directly. The hotel fee is paid on the day of the party directly to the hotel.

There will be a limiting number of people admitted that are not getting a hotel room to control the overall number of people attending. Rooms may be shared but each couple does need to pay for the event. If you plan on sharing a room, please sign up soon. Single ladies are invited but as always, no single men allowed.

No BYOB in the main hotel areas and ballroom. The event includes a 3hr open bar.

  • Dinner is 6:00 to 7:30
  • Cash Bar from 5:30-8:00
  • Open Bar from 8:00-11:00

Plated dinner that includes; 

  • Ceasar salad 
  • Chicken of entree: Lemon Herb Chicken, Roast Beef or Penne Primavera (vegetarian).  
  • Broccoli 
  • Garlic Mashed Potatoes 
  • Chocolate Cake
  • Rolls, butter, coffee & tea service 
  • Soft Drinks
  • Cash Bar durring dinner (open bar 8-11)

Cancelation Policy: Full refund if cancelled before Jan 15th.  $20 Cancelation fee before Feb 4th. No refunds after Feb 4th. No refunds if paying by check. Please note, the hotel has a 72 hour cancellation policy for this event and requires a credit card at check in for incidentals.

Hotel Use: The hotel has a block of rooms that are permanently contracted out. These rooms are quarenteened from the event area.  We will not be able to use them and they may be in use.  The first and possibly the second floor hotel room hallways will be vanilla for this reason.
